We were moving a dear elderly friend interstate. It was an emotional time for her especially with so many cherished items being sent over. From the first call to Kent Removals everything went so smoothly. Excellent communication from those attending to quote, no sales pressure and genuine compassion from all those we interacted with. The packers worked diligently, acknowledging her concerns and reassuring her. Every step of the way the service and communication was excellent. We absolutely recommend Kent Removals and thank them for being focussed on delivering more than furniture.

The uplift crew (Greg, Dan, Peter/Sim and Tom) were excellent. They moved heavy items around with great humour and were a pleasure to deal with. A great bunch of guys who were well led by Greg. The packer was fast, efficient and creative in his work. Overall a great moving experience, thank you.

The sales process was amazing, but the actual moving was terrible. In retrospect they must have underquoted dramatically to get the business, then didn’t have enough people and trucks to do the job, then wanted to charge me much more after the job was done. Appalling stuff. Would never recommend.

The crew arrived on time did a brilliant job in a very speedy and professional way, they were very friendly and helpful. Our goods went into storage but when they are redelivered I hope we can get the same crew.

Bad service. Used kent to move from western Australia to Victoria .. our belongings arrives damaged boxes ripped open furniture damaged and lost items.. 1 person turns up to unload and we had to help take it off the truck even my kids had to help . Insurance claim was made and 3 weeks later still can't get hold of the person handing it .. even his manager can't get hold of the person.. overall would not recommend these Kent's..
