Bernie’s calm and gentle approach has allowed me to continue breastfeeding and helped make it a positive experience for me and my daughter.In only a couple of visits, she helped me with positioning for a more successful latch, temporarily introducing nipple shields to help with pain, and then transitioning back to feeding without them to address slow weight gain.Her extensive knowledge and extra resources and links answered all my questions and concerns about breastfeeding, and how to manage and maintain my supply.She also provided me with reassurance and a referral to have my daughters lip and cheek ties assessed.My breastfeeding journey has been successful and enjoyable, thanks to Bernie!
