So I scheduled an appointment for a side mirror casting and installation. I had picked up the casting in the hopes that my spouse would be able to replace it. Following an inspection, he determined that it would be best if I scheduled it for an expert to complete.I told the young lady at the service desk that the part was in the back when I arrived. When I called a few hours later to see if my car was ready, I was told it couldn't be done because I needed a part. I was perplexed because I had already purchased the component they advised.When I arrived to pick up my car and find out what had happened, I was shocked to discover that the young women had failed to inform them that the part was in the back of the car. She apologised, but I'd give her a one-star rating because she didn't seem that bothered. No one called me either, allowing me to inform them that the part was in the car. But, well, things don't always go as planned.So you're probably asking why I gave them a perfect score of 5 stars. STEVEN LANGE, THIS IS FOR YOU! - MANAGER OF SERVICE. Because all of the techs had gone home, Steve went out of his way to stay late and finish the task himself. What a legendary figure! His expertise and dedication to his clients helped me convert a terrible day into a good one. Keep up the fantastic work, Steve, and maybe your optimistic attitude and work ethic will rub off on the desk's novice workers.

These people are great. Efficient and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough of them. And the car is superb.

After making a booking for an airbag report, I drove there. Instantly, I was greeted with helpful and engaging staff who understood my issue. They did not waste my time and I felt valued. Of the 4 staff in the office, a lady named Bianca, I believe, was taking care of me. She was professional, helpful and friendly. This made my experience a lot better. I appreciate all the effort and service I was given during my visit. I would recommend this store as not only are the staff experienced and helpful, the drive is great too.

Took amarok in for a service and new intercooler hoses.job was done but hose blew off just as i got it back.After looking at it myself all the hoses clamps wernt very tight so did it myself.also found oil all over engine a chewed injector return line not replaced and the washer bottler wasnt filled up.not bad for a $2000 service. Eill be doing it myself from now on
