Justin provided great customer service and advice helping me pick out a life jacket for my dog. He went above and beyond to locate the correct size, even unboxing stock to get the right one for my dog. Boxing Day sales so super busy, but Justin was super relaxed and friendly.

Dale the manager is great, and customer focused. I was having a little trouble with Watersnake and Dale sorted it very quickly. A couple of staff I’ve felt with are keen and regular fishos.

Currently owe me $706. Incompetent bulk seller with outdated systems inplace. Staff reflect this although there are a few how genuinely want to help. Customer service team must work one day a week or something as nothing moves fast.

The store manager Eleisha from the Albury NSW store went above and beyond after we received a faulty tent after travelling a long way to return a faulty tent and loosing a day from our holiday. We arrived back at out campsite to find our replacement was faulty also but Aleisha drove all the way to our camping site from the store and personally delivered us another tent so we would not be without somewhere to sleep that night! Thankyou Aleisha!

This is like the Bunnings of the outdoors world. Just like Bunnings you can go up and down every aisle and always find something you might need. They have everything outdoors from tents to fishing to hats to shoes to cooking utensils to life vests. The pricing are what is expected and as they have such a broad range of everything you can get a cheaper version or a more expensive version of just about everything in there. The customer service staff are very helpful. Parking is pretty easy as it is situated in a large outdoor shopping complex. Highly recommend a visit. You won’t be disappointed. They even had Birkenstock’s!

Went to their Albury East store. Needed a few items. The staff had good product knowledge, and the store had a good range. Pricing was great. Worth a visit.
