Yoga by MMS | Williamstown Yoga Studio

I have been taking classes at the My Mama Said studio in Seddon for over a year now, so when the Yoga by MMS studio opened in Williamstown I was definitely keen to check it out. It did not disappoint! As soon as I walked into the beautiful studio it had an immediate calming affect on me. It's warm and welcoming, as are all of the teachers I've encountered there.I've now made attending a class at Yoga by MMS once a week part of my routine to give me the time for some reflection and gentle movement.If you are local to Williamstown I highly recommend checking out this beautiful space.

Stunning studio, easy parking and exceptional, talented instructors. There's something for everyone whether you are after restorative yin, a bit of sweat or Lisa's signature 'vibe' class for the more adventurous!

This studio is where I learned to fall in love with Yoga. The atmosphere in this space is second to none, with radiant roof heating, calming music, mood lighting and a resonating sense of tranquillity enabling you to fully let go and embrace your practice. I have never experienced such a welcoming and caring environment at any studio I have been to. Lisa and her team of instructors have been fantastic with motivating me on my fitness journey and have given me the skills to confidently do yoga on my own when on holidays. Thank you MMS for creating such a beautiful space to learn and embrace Yoga.

Such a stunning space and calming atmosphere to immerse yourself in your yoga practice. I was really excited when I heard there was a new yoga studio opening in Williamstown especially since I had already been enjoying the My Mama Said classes in Seddon for years. Nickie was so accommodating in the Flow class and gave me safe alternatives for some of my hip issues.I will be making classes part of my weekly routine as the wellbeing benefits and reflection time were felt for long after the class. A beautiful, warm and welcoming space to thoroughly enjoy your yoga practice.

This is an intimate yoga studio making the classes feel personalised. The quality of the teaching is a stand out along with the variety of class times over 7 days. If you want to bring an element of fun and freedom into your practice the Vibe class is a must.

A new little gem for Willy - I will definitely be back!

Enjoyed my first two classes at this beautiful new space. So glad there is a new studio in Williamstown. The instructors are lovely and very welcoming. I will definitely be back to try some additional classes.
