My review is concerning a HCP (Home Care Package). When we formally ceased the package we continued to be charged the full monthly rate for two months, when I phoned the Manager of the package, I was informed I needed to speak with accounts rather than be assisted at this point.When you try to phone, you can't get through.I am now waiting for a reply to address the issue with no certainty that it is going to be rectified.

We have moved our mother (June) into permanent aged care at Benetas The Views.What an amazing facility, after only a month we have seen a huge improvement in the well being of our mother (95).For all the love and care you give to our precious mother.Thank you team Benetas The Views
