I recently dealt with Sam from the Campbelltown store after getting nowhere with Carpet Call regarding the purchase of hybrid flooring.I was a return customer to Carpet Call, so I expected excellent service which I did not receive. After being given the run around, I decided to contact Solomons Flooring. Thankfully, I got Sam who is a complete professional & got the service I expected from Carpet Call. I’ll be returning to Solomons Flooring if I ever need floors again in the future.
