Age is no barrier to dancing and having fun. I love my Wednesday night 80's dance class. As you get older you have fewer chances to dance and the Cassettes is a wonderful, warm, welcoming, inclusive place to re-live my disco years each week.

I have been dancing with The Cassettes for over a year and I love it! The classes are the highlight of my week. It’s fun, makes me laugh, increases my fitness and creativity. The teachers are fab, the dances are challenging but achievable and the quarterly dance performances are so great!

The Cassettes is a highlight of my week. Classes are fun, playful and always full of laughs. I’m not a confident dancer but it doesn’t matter at The Cassettes. All of the dance teachers are encouraging, kind and they walk you through the dances step by step. It’s also a great excuse the raid the local op shops for 80s fashion.

Dancing with The Cassettes this term, my first term, has been fun. It's a fabulous workout, gets my brain and body active with movement, and I didn't expect to be smiling as much as I do. Riss is a very funny lady, and I love all the silliness of the class. Slowly I am getting my 80s groove back on. Thanks Riss and Claire!
