Staff(asian lady) has poor customer service. I wonder how she has that much rude attitude.

useless center. the drivers that deliver never even come to the door and just leave a attempted delivery and walk off. now happened twice the driver has come to the complex gone to other units but our one. reasons given. first time it was in-accessible, when in fact all other couriers and star track have come here many times without any issues. 2nd time they apparently rang the bell but no one was there. when they actually never even came to the door. I have seen them come next door but not to our building. never use AUSPOST as a delivery option save your self the problems and go with star track or any other company.Picture is proof they have come to this complex and all their excuses are just a load of BS. They are just lazy and don't want to do the job they are actually paid for.

Allways a problem when I have to pick up parcel collect items!Have lost a letter that was sent to parcel collect and because it was a letter size parcel was apparently re routed to my home but never recieved

They always lose your items. If not delayed they lost it. Very bad service.

Today at 2pm I had an unpleasant experience to one of the staff that looks an old lady around 50s I think. When I approached the counter to provide feedback about the lack of notification regarding my parcel, the new staff member was extremely rude in her response. I had mentioned that the post office did not even bother to ring the doorbell, making it difficult for me to know that my parcel had arrived. Her initial response was that the parcel required a signature, but I had already acknowledged that fact. I explained that my concern was not about the signature requirement, but rather the absence of a doorbell ring to alert me to the delivery.To my surprise, she stated that I had received a message informing me that the parcel was already at the center. This response made no sense to me, and I expressed my confusion. However, she replied dismissively, asserting that the postman cannot knock on the door of each individual apartment. I clarified that I did not expect the postman to knock on every door, but simply wanted them to ring the bell before taking the parcel to the post office center. Unfortunately, her response was to abruptly bang the window after I received my parcel.I believe it is important for customers to receive respectful and considerate treatment when addressing their concerns. In this instance, the staff member's rudeness and lack of empathy were disheartening. I hope that the Australian Post Office can address this issue and ensure that all staff members are trained to provide a more positive and customer-focused experience.

First time using Auspost to send a parcel and I regret doing it since day 1.Went to send my phone for warranty repair.The staff at the post office did not even bother to ask what the item is and what its worth.Now the item has gone missing, they are putting the blame on me by not getting the EXTRA COVER.Not one person there explained what the extra cover was or what is included with the cover.Now offering $100 for their mistake.... absolute joke.....I would give 0 rating if I could.Probably won't be using auspost in the future.Unreliable and will not own up to their mistake!!

The delivery guy came today and ring my door bell. I answered and said i will come down in 2 mins. He is not there when i came down, just 2 mins. OMG for 2 mins, you have the time to write a note and put in my mail box that might even take longer to walk to my mail box but you dont have 2 mins? Already feel so disappointed with the delivery recently, no movement for all my parcel since late August. The only one that came over the whole month leave me with a collect parcel by yourself. Thanks for the perfect service, i wish i could give negative marks but i cant

Extremely disappointed by Australia Post. I just got home, no van there. 2 mins later I walk upstairs and see through the window an Australia post van leaving my driveway. I immediately opened the door and waved at him, but they just drove off. He probably didn't see me, but the fact that he left the note to pick up after 4pm on my doorstep without even bothering to knock or call my doorbell is infuriating! This happened just 10 minutes ago.
