We had been having terrible trouble with our wifi connectivity being patchy throughout the house. Marian came over, ran a series of diagnostic tests, and was able to tell us exactly what was going on and how to fix it. Things have been great ever since. Marian was super friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained things to me in a simple straight forward way, without adding jargon or technical info that would confuse me. Highly recommend!!

After trying to get Outlook to work (windows 10), we called Marian at Magic Touch IT and he came over straight away. Wish we had done it sooner - he had it up and running in no time at all.
