Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking to build boxing skills or simply improve fitness. Very clean gym and Gareth is amazing coach - so friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my first session.

My son and I joined skillbox about a month ago , I can’t say enough about how much we are enjoying it, great mix of boxing skills , bag work pad work exercises weights . Gareth is awesome our technique just keeps improving highly recommend.
