Looking for a people carrier. Saw the Kia Carnival. Jason showed me the vehicle with detail. He was courteous, patient, respectful and helpful. Great experience and fabulous service.

Jeff is fantastic and help me with a lot to find a good car. He is genuine and nice person. Happy with service provided by Jeff.

Very disappointed when walked in to look for a car on 30/5/23 at Parramatta Kia .The sales representative asked me for my budget and when I said what my budget was he said you can go for second hand car. I believe it’s the customers choice when it comes to spending and what they are looking for. Instead of giving options the representative put down the customer making the customer feel that they can’t afford a car. I believe that culture of assuming what a customer can afford is not up-to the sales representative to decide. And he also stated that we can look online and if you need information you can contact them. Then why do we need a showroom. We can do everything online isn’t it. Had to walk out very disappointed.

On 14/04/2023 I picked up my Kia Sorento Sport +.I was very happy with the experience I had with Ali who left just few days I picked up the car. Toni, another nice guy who took over helped me with everything else. Everything was nice and smooth with Kritsana as well who was in charge of the car protection and other stuff with dash cam.My only point that I want to raise here is that I haven’t received any of the following:1- Car care cleaning kit2- certificate of Ceramic Paint for insurance purposes.Hope I get these asapThanks

Ordered a Kia Picanto, approximately three months ago, and placed a $500 deposit. Was told it would take approximately three to six month. Was serve by Saleh, who was pleasant at the time, and a lady who looks after all the car protection, who was not so pleasant or professional. Told the lady, I wanted paint protection, interior protection, and tinted windows. She picked up a scrap paper on her desk, and wrote down everything, totalling $5000 to $6000. I said where did you pluck that price from. You didn’t even used your computer. She wouldn’t provide the evidence, to justify her quote. Was told it all comes with lifetime warranty. My wife asked for that in writing, and what lifetime warranty covers, and she said this and that, basically the answer was no, she won’t do it. Got call last week, car should arrive in approximately two weeks. Brought car in today for evaluation, as we wanted to trade in our car. Saleh wasn’t to pleasant today, said this is the trade in price, and we cannot do any better. We didn’t agree to it. Saleh responded then just sell it privately. My wife said we both work full time, get home approximately 1900, have to cook, clean, bath the kids, and then put them to sleep. Also out weekends are busy, with the kids activities. My wife said, if we cannot agree on an evaluation for the trade in, we will just cancel. Saleh responded thats fine, someone else will buy the car. WOW - how rude. I had to step in, and ask for someone more senior. Ali took over, though by that time, Saleh had left a sour taste in our mouth, everything was going around in circles, and we ended up cancelling. Ali asked us to reconsider, and we just walked out. We do not recommend this Kia dealership, as the front line staff are incompetent, not train properly, unprofessional, poor customer service, he says that, she says that, lie, cover up for their fellow colleagues, and below five stars.

I had a very unpleasant experience and because there is a huge demand for Kia cars the dealers don't care about the Customer Experience anymore.I was told that the car would be arriving in May'23 when I placed the order. But, they also add a 30 day grace period in the contract which is when they plan to deliver the car.I was informed that the car arrived in Australia on 16th May and yet it took a month and half for them to deliver the car post that.Finally, I received a call to say that the deliver can be arranged at 4PM on 27th June. Around 3:30 PM I got another call to say that they couldn't bring the car from the yard and moved the delivery. There is no clear planning or accountability from the dealer representative.There is no Customer appreciation in this dealership and would not recommend anyone to do business here.

I went in browsing for a new car today and Jason was very patient and kind enough to help me identify the differences between specific models, ensuring I make the right decision with my purchase. He was also very clear on wait times and what to expect. Will definitely come back again for my next vehicle!

We dealt with Tony from Kia Parramatta. He was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. He wasn't the usual car sales person, where they are pushy. Tony listened to our needs and helped us with a car and worked with their available stock to help us to get a car quickly. We are going through a stressful point in our lives at the moment and atleast the process of getting a new car in between all this was made really easy by Tony. Highly recommended!

Great experience dealing with Ali. Picked up my Sportage GT-line 2 months ago with a 10 months waiting. We loved the car so much and it’s definitely worth the wait. Ali is a polite and friendly salesman, always keep me well informed with the progress. Recommended!!
