We had my daughter's 9th birthday here on a Friday night. Connor was a brilliant party host who was really helpful, positive, very engaging with the kids, and I felt went above and beyond to make it a great experience for everyone! He's a great asset to the team.The party package was excellent and made for an easy and enjoyable party, complete with party bags, pizza, cake and a host. We've been a number of other times and always had a good experience. Highly recommend!

My daughter just had her 10th birthday party here. All of the kids had the best time, she said it was the best birthday party she has ever had! The staff were so super helpful and patient with all the kids. A massive shout out to Evan who was the best party host ever! He learnt every kids name and gave the kids (and us!) the most brilliant service. That kid needs a payrise!

Travelers to the area, we were looking for some night activities for the kids after dinner. Found this place to be closing at 9pm (on an Easter Monday, which is a WIN). Turning up quite late, Shanai was more than happy to accompanied us and was very patient with both of my 5 years old boys who were first timers. She was very encouraging and make things fun. Thank you for having us (and that lovely smiles) despite us been the last customers - we are most grateful for your beautiful customer services. We will be back the next time we visit.

The most exciting and adventurous birthday party ever for our 8 year old daughter and her friends! Thank you for being a great host Evan!

Omg this was so fun and scary at the same time. Super cheap and we could stay as long as we wanted. Stayed 3 hours. They have drinks and snacks you can buy. Toilets and showers are available. Must go and give it a try very fun

My son and I did a Top Rope climb with Max & Nat, was a brilliant day. They were great at guiding us up and providing tips. Will definitely do this again. Thanks Guys - Lecia

The kids enjoy this. I get bored waiting. Not a great deal of seating options for observers with lumbar support. The ropes where you don't need someone to help you are a lot better as you do not have to rely on an incompetent person. My son dropped a few metres as the other person was not concentrating and he came home very sore. The kids like the tunnel wall climb thing. As a parent I'm not too keen on this as you have to wait for the kids to come out which is annoying if you want to go. No easy way to get them. Staff seemed fine, I didn't have much to do with them. Only seen one walking around briefly with the customers. In saying all this, I will take the kids for an occasional activity.

Great time. Staff member sensational. Definitely be back for more. Very safe and so many walls to use.
