Good Games Bondi Junction

While it's not your lovely LGS, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are roughly what you'd expect from a chain games store. Wish it was a bit cheaper, but the range is great and it's rare that I browse without leaving with a purchase.

Thank you to Matthew and Jake for their very friendly, caring, helpful and patient assistance over multiple days recently, both on the phone and in-person. That was awesome.Thank you also to Milo and Alice when the store was in the previous location.

Fantastic selection of games. Extremely welcoming to all that walk in the doors. Everyone behind the counter is very knowledgeable and has a real passion for all things tabletop/board games/card games/etc. So many great events too! Be careful not to walk by the store as the entrance is just a door that leads to the store on the 1st floor.

I am frustrated and disappointed in the service received at this store. Myself and other customers have actively tried to support this community. We have proposed ideas and events to the owner to entice potential customers, and our ideas have repeatedly fallen on deaf ears. In order for a community to grow, the store must listen to that community. Good Games Bondi Junction has failed to listen to its community and as a result has lost mine and many other customers' patronage.The final straw was due to the petty attitude of the owner. Myself and several other players wished to spend time playing card games in the store. One of the players accompanying us had written a polite but truthful review on the owner's rude attitude and his inability to listen to customers. His review was an attempt at constructive criticism with hopes to improve other customers' experience there. Upon entering the store, the owner denied entry to the player who had written the review. He stated that he was no longer welcome at the store" and that his review "was insulting and false". Rather than playing at the store without the person who wrote the review

Came here on a Saturday for X-Wing store champs. Milo ran a great tourney. All staff were friendly and helpful. Good, if oddly shaped gaming space at the back. Walk slowly when approaching for the first time, the entrance stairs can be easily overlooked.

Great environment for gaming. The customer service is fine nothing special but not bad. The selection of products is good, however quite expensive though in saying that some of their products like the MTG planes walker decks are a great price.

Amended.Good Games is now a shop in Westfield and not a drop in and play games venue. Service was friendly and great. Informed advice with a smile..Old review below...Well, I found the place by accident... It is tucked up a staircase on Oxford Street mall. It is light and bright. I was with my kids and they got a bit excited to say the very least.There are no computers or computer games here.

Always a great experience. Milo and the staff are super helpful and know exactly what I'm looking for. It's a great place for the kids to enjoy finding a game or playing pokemon! All together Outstanding!

I was so happy to find Good Games inside Westfield at Bondi Junction. The store is big and has a lot of space between aisles, making it easy and accessible to get around and see all of the products. The staff are friendly and helpful and the range of products is awesome. You can find so many different games for every age range.
