Very disgusted by the way one of your workers acted today. Very unprofessional and rude. This is to the short blond lady with very short hair and glasses ( name starts with J, I’ll be back in to get full name and update here) you stopped a woman from going back in with her bag of food she paid for because she forgot an item? So you made her leave it with you, for what? Never heard of that rule before. You are very angry looking and appear to have no customer Service skills whatsoever . I was waiting for you to have a rude interaction with me because I would have loved to put you in your place. Do better or leave. This was between 11.30am-12pm in the self check out tills. 4/6/23

Crazy Jess' service-As a Hotel Manager overseeing several 5-star hotels in the area, I had an unfortunate encounter with a woman named Jess while working as a delivery driver for DoorDash and Uber Eats. In my experience, Jess was one of the rudest and most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. During the course of my interaction with her, she did not respond to any of my questions and even charged me for a bag and threw it at me when I requested one.Furthermore, when I placed my items on the desk to be scanned, she carelessly tossed them onto the desk causing my items to fall on the floor. Despite this, Jess did not apologize or attempt to rectify the situation. It was evident that she treated all customers, including those who deliver, with a lack of respect.As a representative of Coles, it is the responsibility of every employee to provide excellent customer service, regardless of who the customer is or what their job may be. Jess's behavior was unprofessional, uneducated, and showed a lack of basic customer service skills. She did not treat customers with respect and undermined their value.It is a shame that Coles employs such an unprofessional and disrespectful individual, as it negatively reflects on the company as a whole. In my opinion, Jess is not suitable for any job on earth, given her lack of basic customer service skills and rude behavior. The entire experience was a complete nightmare, and it was disappointing that Jess did not even have the courtesy to respond when I bid her farewell.

Click and Collect service is really bad. ALWAYS wait at least 20 minutes for groceries to get to the car after phone call. This time I had to call the number 3 times before someone answered!

Giving a 1-star rating for only one aspect: this Coles had the inability to keep eggs stocked. I understand stores can have difficulty with supply, but this store appears to have special issues. No cyclone, no floods, no pandemic, roads are open. Other Coles and Woolies stores have eggs. Go figure.

Usually we have a good experience shopping here, although today we were served by Jenny who greeted us with an eye roll. Proceeded to give us an attitude the whole experience. Was giving snarky looks and was not interested at all in treating her customers with respect or a smile. Coming from customer service I understand you can have bad days but you don't take that out on your customers, especially ones who were nice to you.
