I must say this is a very unprofessional group. My daughter had applied for the Australian Open event staff casual job. She was scheduled for a telephonic interview by Tammie but each time the interview would get rescheduled. My daughter would be waiting for the call but never received any call or any cancellation note. In the end, the interview never happened and my daughter after a few attempts stopped following up.Everyone's time is important so please learn to respect that.

Very unprofessional agency, hired bunch of immature high school kids and uni students who barely have any work experience to work with them. At the same time, these kids are rude, impolite and treat other staff members bad. I'm in a professional job with a global/multinational company based ib Melbourne and worked with Spark at several events. Spark appears extremely unprofessional and inadequate in terms of dealing with their staff members and conflicts. Do not pick them if you get a better job to go for. They only pay you 27.5 per hour for the hard work you have to do which is minimum wages.

Sat through an interview and was told I’d get a call back as there was technical issues mid interview. Never received a call back. Have sent emails reaching out but never heard back from them.
