#POOR QUALITY #NO WARRANTYThey will ask you to much for their poor quality furniture and then bargain and convince you they giving you good deal and rip you off. Take upto 4 months to deliver products and when it comes to warranty then tell you warranty starts when you order. Don't waste your money

Absolutely awful customer service and very poor quality Chinese products. I bought three recliners and the colour is coming off the recliners. My walls are full of colour from the recliners. Lodging a complaint with QCAT as they are adamant that they won’t take back the product!! Keep away guys!
