Facilities are good and they have bitewing and panoramic X-rays. Prices are fine and no more expensive than other places. Dr Chen ensures everything is done well before letting you go.

I had such a great experience here at this clinic. I started my braces here and my dentist looks after me very well. She is always patient with me as I am not always compliant. I definitely recommend them to anyone considering dental work.

Well, when I booked the time, the doctor always need to wait for half hour even one hour, and The doctor was taken out the 2 teeth for me, but sadly found there is half teeth left on my mouth, ask the doctor for the resolution, they said the doctor time is fully booked in month, we booked the time, the doctor is late for one hour and even longer. So is that the way they treated customers? Think about it before you come this dentist clinic

Very unprofessional, regretting going thereThey charged me more for my extraction saying it was surgical but it was just a simple one i know because i am a dental assistant by profession as well, during extraction they damaged the stainless steel crown of my neighbouring tooth. I regret going there

My first time at Dentocare Auburn and DR Melody and assistant were very nice and polite with the first procedure of my root canal. Start to finish on the first day and the pain has completely gone. Thank you and I will be seeing you for the 2nd stage soon. 10/10
