The company started off well. Then staff changes and it's the worst company I have ever dealt with. No communications, I have no idea if I will have staff turn up for a shift. Each shift I need to ring up to get confirmation someone is going to turn up.

All support workers go above and beyond to ensure the standard and quality of care our family member receives is always first.
