If there was an option for 0 stars, that is what I would choose. VERY low quality products, they wont warrant anything purchased, they just act dumb and blame you for any faults, avoid this scamming bussiness at all costs

Bought a screen protector for Samsung s10+ and cannot use finger print. After researching at home found out that due to the way the fingerprint works, other screen protectors will struggle to recognise. But no the young lady was adamant it works, and if I have issues go to Telstra or Optus to get help. And they were no help either. Shouldn't staff be aware of the difficulties with some screen protectors? Only interested in profit. Now i have no protector and wasted $25. Hopefully the staff at JB will help. They always do.

Bought a case here, got told I had 1 year warranty. Bought in April, as soon as I put my phone in, the case broke.I work full time, so brought it back in May.I asked for a refund, gave to me, THEN… said “oh, it’s over 2 weeks, we can only replace” can’t refund in store.Made me give back the money and gave me the email. Sent me on my way.Customer service was horrible. Please for your sake of time and money. Don’t bloody bother!

I went to get a glass screen protector on my cracked s8 anx they were $30 with installation. I can't even swipe down from the top of the screen because of way it was put on. Went back and they refused to fix it even though the phone is partially unusable.Ended up having to pull it off and wasting $30 because it smashed in the process, NEVER EVER EVER GOING BACK.This was the third time I've had bad experiences with the store.

As other people say, Don’t expect to get anything under warranty!!Replaced a screen for my iPhone and not long after it failed. Caseway don’t want to know about it. Useless rips offs!!!
