A huge shout out to Juwon, the pharmacist in compounding for his incredible service. I needed medication urgently for my infant daughter and he went above and beyond to ensure I had it as soon as possible. From a very concerned parent who rang in a panic at almost closing time, I was very impressed with Juwon's immediate care and compassion. Thank you.

Good range of products but very slow for scripts

I had a very positive experience attending Terry White Chemmart Ainslie today. The pharmacist was so attentive to my toddler, who is usually a nightmare to administer medicine to. She made his medication to taste like chocolate, then gave him gentle words of encouragement while he took all the medication without fuss! Cannot recommend this pharmacy enough. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning!

Terry White is a large national corporation with stores all over Australia but you'd never know it when you visit the Terry White Chemist in Ainslie. They put an emphasis on friendly service and accommodating the needs of their customers. I knew it was above the ordinary when one day I walked into the store with a script and the chemist behind the counter, who I'd spoken to before but never really interacted with in any personal sense, used my name when saying hello as I approached the counter. That personal friendliness was quite impressive and made an positive impact. One improvement they could make is getting some kind of range extender because there is no phone signal inside the store and it makes bringing up scripts on your phone difficult. To their credit they are aware of the problem and looking for a suitable solution. A++

I visited this pharmacy for the first time today. Their COVID protocols are impressive. They do all their business from the table in front of the pharmacy and there is plenty of room to space in fresh air.The staff and chemist were very pleasant and helpful!The Ainsley Village shopping centre is really nice with a lovely grounds and bronze fauna about eg snails, Tawny Frogmouths,snakes, fish etc. A really neat area worth checking out in Canberra
