Service is good staff easy to deal with and understand

Good customer service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. The staff give false information just to get the sale and they do not provide correct information. When I went down to speak with the Manager (Cas) she was extremely rude, tried to ignore me (thinking I would go away) was dismissive and even then provided incorrect information. I am not the only one that I know of that has had this experience with this store. If I could give negative stars I would and I would recommend going to a different store and staying far away from this one.

Apparently your consumer rights mean nothing if there's a 3mm crack over a magnet location that doesn't affect a main board even slightly so maybe don't go with Optus. Device defect is Manufacturer Defect" but you have to take that to the manufacturer and Optus won't help you at all other than take your money each month.They supposedly won't repair

Staff need to explain things better to customers.My phone arrived and when I went to collect it, told me they needed a manager to be on site to give me my phone.After numerous calls to optus head office, only then did the staff say that the manager needs to scan the deliveries into the store to start the release process. Why is there no manager on site or even an assistant manager on site on a business day? And why is it that floor staff can't sign deliveries in? I worked for a multi million dollar airline cargo company and handed out multi million dollar aircraft parts to random couriers daily. All I needed was their ID, never had to have a manager on site as I was trained how to receive deliveries.3 months on the job and I'm signing in and handing out million dollar parts on my own, optus needs a manager on site to hand over a $2,000 phone........

I have had a really difficult time with Optus, not only from the cyber attack but also owing to the service by staff on the phone which has been so unhelpful that I have sworn off Optus as a service provider. When I finally was able to make a trip in store to reslove an issue, we were served by the most helpful and efficient team member about 15 minutes prior to close. What we thought was going to be another ordeal ended up an enjoyable experience.
