Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I called this company as we were locked out of our apartment. In the meantime of his arrival, my partner managed to open a door. As we got inside, I received a call saying he had arrived. After being the call being answered with an attitude of “well where are you I thought you were meeting me out the front” (although to get out the front is a less than 10 second walk) I told him I would make my way down, however we managed to get inside and would still happily make a call out fee payment for his inconvenience of course. He abruptly yelled “well why would you call a lock smith then, whatever, bye” and proceeded to hang up. Well, we called a locksmith because we were locked out? In no way do we want to waste anybodies time and out of good will we were happy to pay a call out fee. As a customer or a human being, we did not deserve to be treated in this manner. Just be kind. Everybody is going through something.

The knowledgeable team at South Coast are arguably the best in the area with their broad experience in automotive, commercial and domestic solutions which I have experienced first hand. I trust them and should you require a Locksmith, in my opinion are your best option.

Went into the shop and Kevin was very friendly and informative, helping me to quickly find a solution to fix my old unit locks. Luke came out the next day to install, he was punctual, professional and got the job done promptly, leaving everything spotless when he left. Couldn't recommend South Coast Locksmiths more, great experience!

These guys were amazing!!! I needed help quickly but their mobile guy would’ve been hours before he could get to me (because it was after hours and I was far away)The lovely guy on the phone was able to talk me through what to do and I managed to get my jammed key out of a busted car lock barrel!He saved me hundreds of dollars and a night of stress!I can’t recommend them highly enough!!!Thanks South Coast Locksmiths!!!!!

Great service and very friendly staff. I dealt with Luke and Kevin. The quote was for a new part in my Honda Ignition. The price was reasonable and they fixed my issue fast. Would recommend!

Absolutely ridiculous communicationGave a different quote on call When I arrived never communicated options or price before starting to work and afterwards asked for more than double what was quoted to me on phoneDefinitely other cheaper options available i would have gone for if not mis communicatedGoes on to tell me how it took 2+ hours to program a key . Its not my fault if you took that much time to do a 5-15 min jobIt was more of a trail and error for 2 hours otherwise the actual job took 5 minsOverall Pethatic experience physically and mentally
