Horrible service. The technician was not helpful at all. Instead of cleaning the whole laptop with thermal paste applied on the CPU, he only blew the exhausting fan with pressurised air and it still has dust on when I checked at home.When I came back second time for service help, instead of giving any other solutions, he just asked me to get a new laptop.To be honest, with the same charge amount I can go to other shops in Brisbane and get a better treatment.
