Thank you Doctor Jeremy! I have always been reluctant to go to dentists however, my experience with Doctor Jeremy was the best dentist appointment I have ever had! He was incredibly friendly and warm, and he was very thorough with the check and clean. Both him and his assistant were very considerate and kept checking in to make sure I was OK during the appointment. I highly recommend Doctor Jeremy for his caring nature!

AMAZING! I went here for a 2nd opinion bc I have pretty good teeth.. went to a different office and got quoted 9, I repeat, 9 minor cavities. This dentist office not only managed to get me in pretty quickly, but the Dr. was honest and upfront and said I need 0 cavities. So happy I got a 2nd opinion and didn’t need to unnecessarily have my mouth drilled on and filled. Crazy. She showed me with a mirror on why I was feeling some sensitivity on my one tooth, when I was convinced it was a cavity getting worse, when in fact, it wasn’t. Thank you!

It is important which dentist you see. There are some good dentists such as Dr. Fay Asghari or some others who left the clinic now and some really bad ones. I have been there for a complicated issue a few years back and tge dentist I've seen made a fantastic job saving my tooth from going through major dentistry. But recently I've seen Dr. Ancy for cleaning and I thought it is a basic task and shouldn't matter who I see. First of all, my lip got cut by her tool and was bleeding and sore all day that I couldn't even drink water, then I ended up with a gap between a crown and gum which is very sensitive and very painful when I floss. She tried to fill the gap twice and I understand that filling won't stick to the crown. But why would you clean in a way to make the gap? I regret the cleaning while I had no issue at all.

First time in my life that something was done on my super-sensitive teeth without the need to make them numb!Dr. Fay Asghari was extremely gentle and highly professional and had a smile on her face all through the procedure. I am very much satisfied with her approach and the way she communicated with me which made me feel comfortable and stress-free up until the end of the appointment.Highly recommended practice and dentist.

Short waiting times and they're not just after your money like many other clinics are. Reception staff is great, especially Jodie with whom I've had the most contact. She's efficient and gets back to you when she says she will! Dr Fay Asghari seems really kind with a gentle demeanor, she actually cares about you and your teeth. Third Ave Dental will be my new dental clinic of choice for everything from now! Glad I found them.

Chose this dentist as it is a Medibank preferred provider and close to home, wasn't sure what to expect initially particularly as I'd had a negative experience with a nearby dentist that is rated significantly higher on Google than this practice is.Reception process was fast and efficient considering it was early on a Saturday morning. Dr Foster was professional, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable / thorough. Hygienist / assistant was friendly and ensured I was comfortable throughout.Will definitely be returning and getting my 6 monthly check-ups here and any other necessary dental work going forward.

I found Dr. Fay Asghari to be unprofessional and sub-par on various occasions. My first appointment with her resulted in rough practice (painful) and loud chewing of gum while hovering over my face. I booked a different dentist for my next visit, only to be greeted surprisingly by Dr. Fay, who had taken the liberty of changing my booking to herself.On a separate occasion, I had two teeth crowned. Post moulding, Dr Fay told me the fitting appointment would only require one appointment. Three attempts and three days off work later, my crowns were fitted.Today, after receiving two confirmation emails from HealthEngine for my 12.30pm appointment, I received a rude phone call from the receptionist. She claimed that I’d missed my “12.15pm” appointment and therefore could not attend. My email evidence was not sufficient and responded to with a, “You’ll have to rebook for next week.”Fair to say I will not be returning.

I always came here to see dr fay asghari who is an excellent dentist, I never had any issues with my teeth with her. I was told she left the clinic and I regretfully booked in with a new dentist. She said I need all this work done including crowns! I began getting fillings etc with her and after 1 visit my teeth have had pain and food is constantly stuck in my teeth. I can’t even chew gum as it gets caught in multiple teeth. Some weeks I have a lot of sensitivity and some weeks it feels fine. I went back to get this fixed and they tried to say it’s normal and there’s nothing wrong (after charging me an arm and leg to do a X-ray, inspection etc).I will no longer be attending this clinic after multiple disappointments and issues with my teeth that did not exist prior to their new dentists working on my mouth!

Have been going here for at least 5 years, on the latest visit (for 2 children), they charged nearly $1000 for mouth guards and a clean. They claim to be a first provider with BUPA (no gap for children), but the gap was nearly $600. Was told that's your problem" by the receptionist when I queried the gap amount.BUPA said they are doing a full investigation into why Third Ave broke their contract with BUPA and charged a gap for children's dental
