RUDE & WASTED MY LIFE! SECRETIVE Gary Unsworth-Smith refused to give me the property address or price via email unless I called. I indicated I seldom have free time and yet I called - He answered twice - said hello after long pauses but didnt respond. Notified him of my call - he asked me to try again. When I finally got through, he slammed ME for being secretive (I called on a private number) and badgered me until I interrupted to give him my full name and number(He never asked for it).I indicated I was an investor and need the address to do my own research. He asked me to attend the inspection he had planned the next day (I isaid I was unsure I would). He then interviewed me (home renovation skills, preferred property types, etc). I just want the freaking address so I can even know if I am interested- I look at 50 properties a week. Know your buyer!I was respectful to the end. I had a few minutes to call before dinner with a mate (who then arrived), and had another phone call so again respectfully requested the address. Finally he said he would text it, at which point I asked him to email it, as I dont have phone reception at home. After 9 days, 4 emails and 3 phone calls, I still dont have the address! The first rule of property is location

We went to inspect a unit Gary has listed for sale. When we arrived at the property, he explained that it wasn’t actually for sale, but he was trying to convince other owners in the complex to sell their units. He showed us through the unit and when we asked to see the unit that was actually for sale, he said he wasn’t allowed to show us through, as it was currently being rented by a famous celebrity (he later told us who it was, which felt unprofessional). We asked if we could make a time to inspect the property and he always had an excuse as to why we couldn’t. He is a very strange man, who I suspect is just lonely and shows people through his own private home as a way to talk to people. He is still advertising his own private property as for sale 6 months on.

I’ve been in one of their properties for not even a week and ALREADY have discovered how unprofessional, rude and racist Kate is. She does not respect your privacy and calls at 9pm on a SUNDAY night. She insisted I tell her where I worked 3 jobs ago which was completely unnecessary as it had absolutely no bearing on my ability to rent and once again was impeding my privacy. Her overall attitude is absolutely abhorrent and is very much a bully and I hope anyone looking to rent from this agency does their research on them first so you know what you’re getting into. Do not rent from them. I have rented many places before this and have never dealt with people so unprofessional and just all round terrible at their jobs. I am moving elsewhere next week and honestly, good riddance.
