I booked a wash and clean three days in advance. I took it in at the booked time only to be told that it wouldn't be ready for three hours as a booking doesn't mean that they do the car at the booked time; instead you go to the back of the queue. What is the point of making a booking? It's absurd. I had organised my day and other appointments around this booking. Cannot comment on the quality of their work as I didn't proceed with the service after that poor level of customer service. Don't take bookings if you can't then do the work at the booked time.

We had our car detailed here after a long trip from Sydney to Bendigo and running over a few recently fresh deceased roo’s. Yuk!I was really impressed by the quality of the clean on the outside and the detail inside was excellent. I have 2 boys who leave a lot of scuff marks that when we have our car cleaned in Sydney never gets removed and this place was able to remove them. We also had an ice cream stain up the side of the door panel that they managed to get mostly rid of. Something I attempted at unsuccessfully.The lady at the front counter was really lovely after I explained my long car trip and roo issue. Really great service and great clean. If only Sydney had the same level of service.

Paid $120 for a mini detail immediately as I got in the car from picking it up crumbs visible on front passenger seat. Externally they didn't even wash the dust and dirt of the bottom of the side skirts of the vehicle very disappointed.

I've never had my car detailed before and somebody suggested I take it here. I went in hoping someone could explain to me their options. I have never been treated so rudely before, the lady behind the counter treated me like I was stupid for not knowing what I wanted. She talked down at me while I tried to ask her what I could get done. When I finally understood, she pretty much spat at me that they were already booked for the day as if how dare I ask.... I don't want to go back if I'm made to feel embarrassed and ashamed again. Worst customer service.

took my boyfriends car in for a steam clean of the seats and a full detail. was very disappointed when we picked the car up to see that there was still dirt all around the car very disappointing for us paying $180 for it still to be dirty. when further inspecting the car we had seen new scratches over the car that was not there before i dropped it off. when we had a better look at the inside they had ripped bits of the leather on the doors as well as whatever they sprayed on the car to clean the dash was still all over the car didn’t even looked like it was wiped over what so ever. there was many other things wrong that i will be going back in and complaining about because this service was super poor and will never trust them with one of our cars again.

Washed and vacuumed the interior and exterior of car while I was shopping and did a great job, the service was very friendly and they even looked after my shopping for me as I accumulated more and more. Thanks for the great service!

Worst service ever 200 buck for mini detail and shampoo, had to rewash rag fragments off exterior, vacuum carpet and clean seats which hadnt been touched. Travel to Melbourne you will get same for 65 and a trip down this very very disappointing

Had my two seater ute detailed for $350. It took just over an hour and my seats still have dirt marks from being missed and under the car Matt's were not done. Expected alot more for $350 and a two seater car.
