Find alternatives first, anything else first.

Highly unprofessional behavior from the public facing clinic towards my requests. They ignored my voice message, ignored the form and request I submitted via contact us" and therefore wasted weeks of my time. Then I was told on the phone that sorry we don't take on any worker's compensation claims at the moment

Extremely poor experience. My therapist couldn’t even remember my name after 2 sessions. It was extremely triggering and disrespectful for a medical industry that is supposed to be trained dealing with mental health.In addition to this, I’ve had a medical emergency with my dog who has been rushed to hospital and being treated for a very serious medical concern. I reached out to my “doctor” and explained I would need to postpone my session as I did not have the mental bandwidth to deal with more emotional conversations. They showed no regard or compassion and told me they would charge the cancelation fee. If I was just canceling for a trivial reason, I would understand, but when you are dealing with the sickness of a dog, who is like a child, this is a cold and emotionless response from a psychologist.To anyone reading this, be warned about this clinic.

When I was there I had Dr Matthew Evans. He showed unprofessional behaviour by talking and insulting my issues in a public space.
