Jason is a great tradesman, he is reliable, honest, trustworthy AND very reasonably priced.This is the 2nd time I have used Jason, he previously fixed my Clock Oven. I am a Disabled Pensioner with no mechanical knowledge and I have been overcharged by tradesmen several times in the past.I contacted Jason because I knew he was honest because I used him previously. This time my Washing machine wasn't working. Jason explained why it would be cheaper in the long run to buy a new machine than try to fix my old machine because it needed a new pump which was expensive and because of the age of the machine it worked out to be cheaper and better value to replace the machine than have it fixedI didn't have a clue & would have paid to have the machine repaired if I was told that was the best option... But Jason was honest which meant he didn't get the work because I decided to buy a new machineThis is GENUINE person folks! What a great find here on the Central Coast. Jason is one of the most reliable and honest tradesmen i have encountered. He was on time, efficient and so pleasant to deal with. He installed my new oven in a professional manner, cleaned up and nothing was a bother. He is a rare find indeed and I would recommend him for any electrical appliance matters.

I cannot recommend Jason highly enough. He went above and beyond any service I have ever received. He was extremely helpful with my sad broken appliance. The service was outstanding. Fast, affordable, professional and very friendly .. They just don't make them like this guy anymore .. A pure joy to deal with and he really helped us out of a bind. Jason, came out to our place the day I called and quickly diagnosed the issue with our Maytag washer , then returned a few days later with the new pump and belt. He had a good sense of humour, knew what he was doing and I didn’t feel like he overcharged us. Can recommend him wholeheartedly.

Jason was able to diagnose our washing machine issue in 30 secs and repair. He also has extensive knowledge on ovens. Very professional and reasonably priced. Highly recommend, would use again.

Washing machine was always unbalanced but Jason turned up the next day and rang before arrival, which I find great customer service. He worked out straight away what was wrong and replaced the suspension rods, it only took 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend Jason.
