They don’t understand anything about the installation aspect of flooring. They lowball the installers and then they don’t end up paying the full price. Dodgy business.

Vivant Flooring was the only flooring specialist that answered our hipages ad. They responded and arrived quickly to assess our incredibly squeaky floorboards. Right from the start they inspired confidence, and when they said they could fix the problem, we were hopeful. The communication from Vivant was excellent - when they said they'd arrive at a certain time, they did. The team came out and quoted the job - we were very happy with the cost - and then arranged a time to do a trial run. Hassan said that there were a few different solutions to the problem and wanted to choose the best one. They came again the next day and were happy that they'd found the best option. Vivant then came back and completed the work for the entire apartment. And once again returned the next day to make sure all squeaks were gone. It's now bliss to walk around the apartment without every step 'answering back'. Vivant are very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and skilled. They really know floors. But they are also extremely kind, courteous, thoughtful and respectful. We would (and will) use them again - in a heartbeat. You could not go wrong. Many thanks to Hassan and the team.
