I rarely write reviews but I had Shaq, Rami and crew move some heavy items for me this morning. These lovely guys were so professional and efficient that I want to give them a big rap. It was a short notice job and nothing was a problem. Definitely recommend this company and will be using again.

Poor experience since the last time I used them. They wanted $100 extra for a table top because it was heavy. Zoom didn't charge me extra when they moved me last time. Beside the table top is on wheels (there is no need to pick it up) so the weight does not matter.Never using them again.

A great experience with zoom. The customer service team made it an easy process. The boys Chris and Sheq ( hopefully I spelled his name right) were very professional, well mannered and polite. They were careful with the items to be moved. A great experience and I highly recommend these guys. Great job.

Used them 3 times in the past few years. Great prices, friendly and considerate with my furniture. Gave me a discount for being a return customer and a further discount as they were slightly late. Guys were super apologetic which I appreciated. Would recommend!

The team at Zoom were very responsive for providing an accurate and transparent estimate and coordinating the logistics around my move. They even accommodated a mid morning start as my building has set time restrictions. The gents handling my move on the day were friendly and professional. And the cost was in line with the quote. Would definitely hire again and would recommend.

Would give these guys ten stars if possibleRight from the start Chantel was fantastic and so easy to deal with and efficient and quick to respond . And the rest of the team tooJonny and George were on time and worked their butts off. Everything professional and wrapped and dismantled and re assembled with care for a 5 hour each way drive was done same day. Highly recommend you don’t go anywhere else

We had a great experience with zoom removals! The boys worked really hard and spent a huge amount of time and effort to move our things and honestly they did a great job. Nothing was broken. They were polite and listened to me when I told them where to put stuff. They also do cheap Tuesdays - which saves the call out fee and you just pay per the hour. Thanks Marvin for helping us.

What can I say but service was amazing. First of all it was short notice and they said not a problem. Turned up with 2 fantastic friendly funny hard working fellows. Nothing was a problem. So so quick. We called them super man and Batman. Very very careful with our furniture and house. Would recommend them in a hard bet.Thanks againBob and Gail
