Brad has been in charge of the automation in our last 2 houses over the last 15 years. He was recommended to us by a family member and we have never looked back. He is always available to take our calls and often fixes little bugs in our system with in the hour of talking to him through remote access. Brad's attention to detail is second to none. Following the first major installation for us in 2005 of a BOSE surround sound audio visual system we made comment to him regarding his excellent work, his reply - I do every installation as if it was in my own home". This has been proved correct in respect of all work he has carried out for us in the 17 years since. Most recently of a multi-room Sonos system and an Elan smart home automation system including security/surveillance and media/Foxtel IQ5.
