Rude and not accommodating service AS WELL AS $30 charge to try on dresses and an added $30 for every half hour after the initial??? No other bridal shop in WA has asked for a initial payment let alone this!!! Was told “if I was a serious buyer I’d pay the fee”. Will not recommend or go near the store would prefer to go to Mandurah!!

Maryann is wonderful. As a larger size unconfident woman, she went above and beyond to help me and has made me feel beautiful. 100s of dresses to choose from and realistic prices

TERRIBLE experience here. Ordered a beautiful dress for my daughter for her ball 2 and a half months before the ball. Were told it would take about a month to come in. I wasn't worried when I called after a month and was told it wasn't in yet and they would follow up. Called again 2 weeks later to be told it still wasn't in but should be as they had been told it had been sent. I asked them to call the next day to let me know what was going on. They didn't call. I called back and left a message. They eventually call me a week and a half before the ball to tell me the dress is lost and they don't know where it is. We therefore had to drop everything (I work full time) to go and see if they had any other dresses available. We were lucky to find something but it had to be taken up. As I left I checked that I would still be paying the same amount as the original dress. They said 'yes'. Then arrive to pick up the dress and was charged for alterations. Even after I explained that the original dress hadn't needed any alterations so we shouldn't have to pay more, was given the cold shoulder. This is 5 days before the ball. NOT HAPPY. Do not recommend!

Brought my dress for my daughter's wedding and my Mum bought one as shes giving my daughter away plus another dress. Very nice and relaxed feeling and beautiful dresses coming in so many sizes which was great!! Especially when we didn't think we'd ever find anything so formal. Brilliant

Lovely service and gorgeous dresses, I was lucky to find my dream dress on the first try and for a really great price.

My friend had her heart set on a bridal gown in this store and found her bridesmaids dresses too. Unfortunately it was a terrible experience for us as we felt they just wanted to get us out of there as quickly as possible. We weren’t offered any champagne or anything as a celebration that we had found our dresses.Not all sizes were in the store of the dress we all agreed on so it was hard for us to guess which size to order. When the dresses came back, they were the wrong size for a couple of us and we were asked to pay a further $50 (after spending $300+ on the dresses already) to exchange for a size which we couldn’t try on in the first place anyway.We were also not informed of an extra fee for alterations and just given a bill once they had been done without discussing a price first.Just a really disappointing experience overall.

I had the pleasure of buying my own wedding dress from Bunbury Bridal & Ball a few years ago and the owner of the shop was amazing for someone who doesn't wear dresses she just knew what was going to suit me and my dress was amazing I had the most wonderful experience in this store so this year when my daughter decided to get married I knew this was the place to get her dress from and again such an amazing experience for my daughter. I would recommend this store to anyone.Seeing how happy my daughter is with her dress and the experience she had in store made me feel relieved that we have someone so amazing in Bunbury who was able to help and guide us in the right direction we could not of done it without you.
