Exceptional service, I required a full body assembly for a Dyson v11, ordered midday and hand delivered that afternoon ! Now back in operation and very thankful for the significant saving.

I was thrilled to find a rare replacement hose assembly for my now retired Dyson DC20 vacuum cleaner, around 12 years old. At $115 it wasn't cheap but absolutely worthwhile compared to a new machine. Nowhere else had this part and Dyson Australia has long since run out of parts for this model. Thank you, Greg and Lynne for your great customer service. Highly recommended.

If only I ordered from MendIt first!?!?! I needed an uncommon part for an older DC 44 Dyson and I received it in under 24 hrs of ordering it! Lynne at MendIt was very helpful, responsive, engaged and demonstrated a very high level of urgency and exceptional customer service to resolve an issue I had with a mismatch of wand clips for my DC23 Dyson Vacuum. She was very patient while putting in the extra mile of effort to resolve the spare part discrepancy and ship me the correct clip after the initial delivery of an incompatible clip.
