I've used Economic Pest Control for 6 years (bought a property that had an existing termite inspection contract and kept it going).Communication hasn't always been good. I promptly reply when yearly agreements are due. It sometimes takes a few weeks for a return call, but that's OK.Today, I'm calling the office to ask why my agreement invoice is $220 more than I agreed in mid Jan.Person in the office says 'that's OK', which might be an appropriate response if I'd made an error. To my knowledge, I hadn't.The office person apologised after I pointed out that a $220 extra cost was not OK. The person said that she didn't handle the invoicing, so I thanked her and asked to speak to the person who did handle invoicing. She transferred me to hold music and after 15 seconds I was cut off.I called the 1300 again and asked to be put through to the Wangaratta office and I was cut off again.When did basic customer service become so difficult?
