Extremely poor customer service, never do as they say. Rang on a Monday morning asking to get a replacement taillight for a canopy of theirs, was told I would get a call back. Friday that week, called back and the girl l spoke to was not there and had to start again,Spoke to another girl on Monday said she would chase it up and call me back, fast forward 3 days later no return phone call yet again. Ranger back again spoke to a different girl who said she will order it and call me back and let me know if they had it in stock.Waited 2 days and not suprised at the lack of a return phone call, rang back yet again and found out it was not in stock at my local store and they had to order it in from Goulburn and it would be 2-3 days, gave her specific instructions to call me once it was ordered and with an eta due to the consistent lack of communication and return calls with this company, suprise suprise no phone call rang up to find out the light had not been ordered and coming into the 3rd week of unable to use my vehicle I explained to them the hassle and lack of communication and my frustrationAvoid at all costs happy to sell a canopy and take your money, but doesn’t like to deal with small items or little jobs as it seems it’s not worth there time
