Nadine did my body laser and I have to say she made me feel so at ease. Her professionalism was on another level. I would recommend this business to all that I know.I also saw April for my face and she was such a delight. Over all a pleasant experience.

Really disappointed with my session today. My therapist was not friendly and I found her rude. I explained to her before the session started that I find laser quiet sore and to go slowly please. She was not patient and gave me no reassurance unlike the other times I had gone where the therapists were friendly and patient and helped me breathe through it as opposed to telling me that if she didn't have it on a high setting it wouldn't work. I ended up asking for the lowest setting as I couldn't bare it and just wanted the session to end with her. My two sessions prior were lovely experiences but not sure if I'll be returning after this.

Nurse Aata was amazing. Friendly, patient and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. Clinic was very clean

the salon is beautiful, sophisticated and clean. girls are nice and smiling. I have used laser hair removal 9 times so far. in my experience, I was able to go there the first few times. She was thorough and professional.since then, they often rush through the work (they finish in less than 10 minutes). they don't work thoroughly, they constantly skip some parts.I am not satisfied. I'm thinking about switching to another salon.

I’ve a laser appointment at the Bondi Junction clinic and asked the same service I’ve booked previously. Very disappointed and poor service as the girl told me once I was in the room undressed it wasn’t book for what I asked for and rudely say that she just doesn’t have the time. I’ve told her that this was the service I usually book and ask for the same, I started to feel uncomfortable as the person was defensive and rude to me which is not a great feeling. She then decided to move on with the service and ending up burning me as the laser was too strong so I have now a burn on my intimate area so I decided to tell her to stop and that was enough.I was charge the same price as I paid before for not the same service and it wasn’t done properly.Will definitely not go back after an experience like that.
