Overall, very disappointed in the way this real estate operates. Everything was fine at the start and had no issues for 9 months and once I was late with rent by less than one week it all started to come undone. Numerous times I had the owner come onto the property and the real estate didn't care. I also raised an issue many times about a leaking water tank and I was informed that if i didn't like the property I can move. I was also away for two weeks and the grass got long and I was rudely informed about my contractual obligation to maintain the property. The senior property manager" was very unprofessional calling me sneaky and bad mouthing me to my neighbors; they're my friends so I heard all about it. Now they're trying to sting me for all my bond when I have never had a cent taken from my bonds in the past
