That very day he met us at the vacant property, gave an encouraging appraisal and the listing was confirmed on the spot. In-house photography, the property 'For Sale' board and listing all happened with great speed. What really impressed us were features such as reasonable commission rate, no open-house inspections and no hidden costs whatsoever.
