Would give 0 stars if I could!!Worst pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. Was sat next to a lady who had been there alot longer than me and by the time my nails where completely finished she was still having hers filed. The lady who served me rushed everything, didn’t soak properly, didn’t cut/file my nails or remove skin. Lady who got there 5 minutes after me was still having cream rubbed on her and my nails were completely done. Absolutely awful, and by the time I got to paying the went to charge me $10 more then originally quoted. Disgusted. Worst service of my life. I’d rather drive 40 minutes to the city and go to my old salon.

Think I should have read these reviews before going there. First time was ok but second time they were too busy getting people in the door so they kept going away while doing m nails , then i asked for a trim of my nails and she cut the with nail clippers so it was flat acroos the top and said is that ok ? I said no way !! Then I said to her you are rushing too much and she slowed a little.then she watered my nail polish down as the bottle was nearly empty!! I said that will make it thinner and she said no it looks better !! I said I won't go back as I paid and she said oh I can put another coat if you want .

Terrible customer service, rude & completely ruined my nails. Do not listen or give you the nails you ask for even after stating multiple times what you want. Me and my sister walked away extremely disappointed. Would definitely NOT recommend going here

If you call giving yourself a pedicure, then just save your money and do at home because that’s what I done & payed $50 for it worse is pedicure I’ve ever had in my life. I literally filed. and moisturised myself and got out with 2 toe nails broke because she drilled my nails 20 times

I got my nails done Monday, one broke so I went back to get it fixed. I sat for over an hour to get one nail fixed and the lady kept jumping up to do other things every few minutes while 4+ workers sat doing nothing. The shape is horrible, the nail is crooked, the nail polish is sketchy at best, she cut me with the drill and didn’t say anything. I let her know it was crooked and the wrong shape and she said “it’s fine, it’s okay.” She wanted to charge me to fix it, then felt like she was doing my a favour by saying “oh this will be free because of your wait.” I definitely will not be back, shocking service and the quality is ridiculous. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

I've gotten my nails done here twice now based on a recommendation from a friend. Obviously they aren't going to be as good as going to a professional nail tech but both sets I've had were done fairly well, really cute and very quick. I asked for a little frog face on my nails and they had me show a pic of what I wanted and did an amazing job. It's really adorable and I appreciate that they put in the extra time and effort to do that

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE !!!I got my son and my hair cut there today at the same time. I hate both cuts and they couldn't even follow my most explicit request. I told them do not touch the hair on the top of my son's head at all

I got my nails done a few days ago my nail ended up getting infected from the acrylic nail so I had to remove it. I contacted the store and she asked me to come in which I did and all she said to me was come back in a few weeks, didn’t offer a refund or any other alternative and barley acknowledged me.
