We love our home! We moved in over a year ago.Our ideas were listened to and incorporated during the design process and all the staff were friendly and helpful. They were responsive and made sure our queries were answered promptly.The build process was very straightforward which I was pleasantly surprised by as it was our first time building and had heard that building a house is a headache but Beechwood made it a seamless and straightforward process. The contractors they use were also very friendly and helpful.Very very happy with the design and final product. It's a great quality build and a joy to live in.

We went to Beechwood with a plot of land and a dream and they turned it into reality. Every step of the way and with every one of the million decisions we had to make, I felt like we had the right team of people behind us ready to point out the advantages and disadvantages of each, and to help us get to the home that our little family is proud to call 'Home'.

We recently moved in our Beechwood home and couldn't be happier with the final product. It was an enjoyable journey right from the start with a completely custom plan drawing from scratch that you would never get from a project builder. Without a doubt we would contact Beechwood should we build again in the future, and will (and have already done so a few times) highly recommend them to anyone who seeks to build their dream home!

Right from our initial meeting with Steve, Beechwood genuinely cared and listened to what our requirements vs dream state were when it came to designing our family home.Now, even two years on, we still describe our relationship and journey with Beechwood as one of the most positive interactions we have experienced.We cannot be more thankful for the time and consideration of Steve, Nathan, Luke and the Beechwood team for our beautiful home.

We first heard of Beechwood homes after touring their display home in Craigburn Farm. We were loved their design and attention to detail.We obtained four quotes from various builders, a low range, mid-range and two high end quotes. One high end builder wanted $1500 just to quote the build!Beechwood were the first quote to get back to us. I sat down with Roger (their regular estimator Steve was on holidays) and he took the time to explain every part of the quote with me.Beechwood were the highest quote. We wanted to build with them but simply couldn’t afford it. So I arranged a meeting with Steve and Roger and they worked with me to come to agreement on price, and our build began.Nathan was our contracts administration and was the ultimate professional. He was on top of every aspect; noted every change and variation. Most importantly he gave us sound advice on finishes, this experience comes from 20 plus years of building homes. We would send him photos of ideas we liked for front doors, stair cases etc, and he would somehow make it happen. They also provided stying expertise by way of Broadfeather Design. The girls at the studio there helped us to work through various Pinterest images to consolidate a solid overall look that we are more than happy with today.Then enter the star of show, the building supervisor Luke Byass and his tradesmen. Luke took the time to get to know me and understood that I am fussy and wanted to be involved in every decision no matter how big or small. He would constantly call or msg me and allow me to do the same. His trades were of the highest class and truly care about the workmanship. Nothing was too hard for Luke. If I had a problem or wanted a change, he would simply say “let me have a look at it and see what I can do.”There were minor mistakes made throughout the build (that is likely to happen with every build) but how Beechwood approached these mistakes and rectified them was with the upmost professionalism you’d expect. Beechwood are a company that cares about their reputation, their workmanship but most of all their customers.Five stars is not enough for Beechwood. My family and I can’t thank you enough for building our dream home!If you’re looking to build your forever home build with Beechwood.

Having selected Beechwood Homes Adelaide to build our dream home was certainly the right decision for us. This was our first built and we were very happy with the end result of our house. The main reasons for our recommendation are:- Among 6 different top builders in Adelaide we spoke to, Beechwood was the one that presented the best layout right on the first draft version, and considered all the wishes we had manifested in our briefing meeting with them.- Beechwood was very accommodating to adjust the layout as a few changes came to our mind, and also well recommended by them, before providing the final cost and the contract signing.- As a small boutique builder, it was easy to speak to the designer, administrator and build supervisor, from the beginning to the end of our house built.- All further adjustments made, although at a cost to us, were well accommodated by Beechwood and the final result was what we asked for.- All maintenances identified after the hand-over were dully and timely addressed.If we ever build another house in the future, we will certainly consider Beechwood as our preferred builder.
