I couldn’t speak more highly of this team if I tried. We were unfortunately given the horrendous news that our 11 year old baby had a high grade tumour. The vets at Wandin gave us all the options and took the time to discuss with us in depth what each would mean and how we would go about each option. After we decided to opt with palliative care, the team at Wandin regularly took my phone calls answering all of my worrisome and silly questions and always made me feel heard and cared for. Because our girl had a bad experience at another clinic, she became quite anxious and extremely stressed when inside the vet, so when the time came we asked the team to come out to our house to put our girl to sleep, which they were more than happy to do. We had two incredible ladies come to our house and they made such an awful experience something that I look back on as so peaceful, calm and sweet. They gave us the time to say goodbye, they patted our girl and reassured her the whole time and they made the whole experience as positive as possible. She was so relaxed, happy and content during the whole event. Even after our girl had gone the team were so kind and caring- even to the extent of sending out a handwritten, beautiful card expressing their condolences. I am so blown away with the love and care they provided our baby with through her last few weeks and am eternally grateful we chose them as our Vets.

All the staff are so friendly,knowledgeable and professional. Their fees are reasonable. I always feel my dogs are in great hands.

After changing over from my previous vet for 10 years, I find the team at Wandin Vet so professional and warming when it comes to looking after both my Aussie Bulldogs, they are black and white with answering all my questions and there is a no fuss attitude there. I couldn’t recommend the vets here enough, everyone was so amazing and helpful with the treatment of my dog Boss and the difficult decision of having to put him to sleep, throughout the whole experience they were just amazing and couldn’t thank them enough!
