The most efficient and supportive property managers I have ever had dealings with. Special thanks to Karren Medhurst, no problem was too hard, and extremely helpful throughout the whole tenancy, even when having issues with dodgy cleaners after vacating. Karren never made us feel like we were the problem or it was our fault! Tenants don't usually walk away with good things to say about their property managers, but Karren was second to none. Highly recommend.

I rented out my house through North Ward realty in 2021. Throughout almost a year there were no routine inspections (even though initially I was lied to when they said that it had been inspected)done on the property for the duration of the renters tenancy. At the end of tenancy there were termites in the fence and shed that should have been reported during the supposed inspection Communication with the owner has not been replied to. Beware of terrible customer service and the inability to mediate to be able to come to a resolution as they just ignore any correspondence. We went with another agent who was spectacular in selling our property

Cannot recommend Glen and the team enough. Not only have they managed my property for over 10 years without an issue, when it came time to sell they went over and above to ensure I received the best price the property. Due to Covid and me being unable to travel interstate Glen organised all the trades to get the property looking like a million $ for sale.I’ve had empty promises from other agents in town over the years but North Ward delivered a sale price over what I was asking!

Super weird real estate…we asked them to be our property managers for our rental house we bought off them but they told us to just Air BnB it instead which bewilders me. And after we broke lease at the rental property they managed and paid $850 for a bond clean + $700 for break lease fees + handed back the keys we get an email saying a fortnight later new tenants had signed a new lease and we were requested to ‘refreshen’ the property or pay a $110 cleaning fee. We chose to ‘refreshen’ the property ourselves and it was still spotless so it was a complete waste of time and I consider this nothing but a cash grab. I was also told by other real estates that once you hand back keys the property is no longer your obligation and the cleaning fees come out of the break lease fees you pay not to mention the house we bought off them was left absolutely filthy and we spent hours cleaning it ourselves! Now off to find a new real estate who wants to help us rent our nice and clean property…
