2 woman and 1 guy busy talking on their language,customer service is very poor,I wish they put someone who knows how to greet customers..they don't even look at you like you can't afford their product. I wanted to ask an item but the woman in the counter busy talking on her phone,this is the 2nd time I've been here and ended up going to Kate Spade and greeted with a smile by a lovely lady and offer help the moment I enter the store.ended up buying a bag and wallet for me and wallet for hubby..

A lovely lady named Tram helped me through the store. I was looking for a crossbody and found the one that I’ve wanted! She helped me know more about the type of leather on the bag and the care needed for it. The leather moisturiser makes the bag look and feel brand new ! Can’t wait to come back again.

Wish Coach would employ some half decent people who know something about customer service, maybe I will make a purchase if I was satisfied enough...Visited the store after lunch, during a none busy period and all the staff seem to be more keen talking amongst themselves rather than help out any of the two customers on average that are browsing in the store.Oh, and if you happen to be shopping during a weekday the staff will assume you are dole-bludger or are unemployed as their laptop bags for ONLY for people who work" as they can only carry folders

I went there on Wednesday afternoon, there was none customer in the shop but three staffs talking very loudly. I was supposed to get a cross body bag for my partner, but no one greet me from the beginning I walked into the shop, and no one wanted to offer any help to me even if I’ve already checked all the bags in the male section(obviously I’m female). I did find one I want to buy, but I was so disappointed with the customer service and at that time I wasn’t willing to pay for the bag even if it’s a very suitable one for my partner.

First they sold me a defective bag. It was in full packaging but inside had marks and one of them was covered by a QA tag. The Polish was scraped off from the clapping mechanism to. Then when I tried to return it, they argued for 40 minutes. I was happy to exchange with a replacement but they had no stock; tried to sold me a more expensive bag which I didn’t like and then tried to offer a store credit. Overall worst experience than Kmart. It’s a disgrace!!!

A great promotion in store. Bought Christmas presents for my family there. Staffs are friendly and being helpful even I have a limited budget for each present. It was a good shopping experience at Coach.
