Kat has always done a good job on my hair. Kat is a very friendly and professional person. She has always given me advice on what looks good for me when she cuts my hair.

I went there to get back to back foils and I came out with streaks and the blonde was turning blue I let kat know that I wasn't happy with the way my hair looked she said come in and I will give you a shampoo. I told her from the beginning that I wanted my hair blonde she said no worries it might not be the colour blonde I want but I didn't come out with blonde hair it's all streaky and blue I won't be going back there and now need to spend more $$$ to go get my hair fixed she didn't even offer a refund and said sorry you feel that way I wouldnt go there. I was told a certain amount and was charged an extra $100 now I need to go pay extra money to get my hair fixed I think a refund is the least she could have done. Getting a refund isn't because change of mind it's because my blonde is blue and streaky.

I will never go back here I feel like crying my hair has been completely ruined by this salon over the course of going to this salon to try to go blonde ( had asked numerous occasions for ash blonde which was never achieved) my hair was destroyed I have a huge patch area where my hair has been over processed and destroyed at the back of my head ..I was loosing my hair whilst going to this salon and was told it must be some sort of health issue on my part , believing this I went to my doctors and had tests done all to which came back negative ( little did I know that my hair was falling out due to it being over processed) I also had keratin smoothing done here twice on the 2nd time as she was doing my hair clumps of hair was coming out she was just flicking it into the bin behind her. My hair is currently so thin in the back of my hair due to all the damage that was done . I have since found a wonderful hairdresser who on the 1st attempt nailed it with the ash blonde, I have also found a wonderful product that is regrowing my hair , but will take time to reverse the damage that was done to my hair . Please please please do yourself a favour and don’t go here I was trusting this hairdresser I should of pulled the plug on the first couple of visits it might of avoided all the damage that was done to my hair

Kat is an amazing lady and friend, I first came in with a bad box dye to the point kats magic did the trick of all and now I go no where else but to kat, My family absolutely love her, also such a great family, also the men's cuts omg my partner won't go anywhere else, so devine.

Thank you Kat for transforming my hair and bringing it back to life and to a point where I can feel confident wearing it out again as the last salon i went to absolutely butchered my foils last time.Kat is very welcoming and is generous with her time. Everybody has loved the new me.I’ll aways come to you on my regular trips to Queensland, you know how to cut and colour my hair perfectly.I’ve see you grow from an apprentice, to fully qualified hairdresser and now run your own business . Job well done all round.

Kat is such a lovely person with a wonderful family. She is very talented/knowledgeable in all things hair and hair care.I've had traumatic experiences with chemical breakage before and have been scared to ask to go blonde. Always being told it'll be a 1-2 year process. Working with my hair, she was able to do a full head of platinum foils, no chemical breakages. My hair condition before and now after the foils, is so much healthier.I can't wait to see how much my hair grows now I have a hair dresser that genuinely cares and explains everything she does and why she does it.You're amazing, Kat.
