Made an appointment with Lewis waited almost 2 hours but sadly he didn’t showed up. Called more than 5 times with customer service the lady keep saying that he was on his way.

I scheduled an RWC check with them, said they would have place at 4 PM and I would have to meet them in a Bunnings parking lot.After the first hour and 5 phone calls we still had hope, after 2 hours we gave up. ‘Lewis’ never showed up, if he even exists.I have never had an experience THIS bad with any company, they will not call you back or will even hang up on you.The lady on the phone was quite rude when I asked her where our mechanic was supposed to be after an hour waiting.Wasted time and gas money we’ll never get back, I am disgusted.

I found Auto King Mobile Mechanics very helpful. They offered advice on which product to purchase, which saved me money in the end, when they could have charged me more. They booked me in for a weekend road worthy last minute, came out and performed the inspection quickly and comprehensively, and the technician/mechanic was very highly skilled and knowledgeable. I recommend and appreciate this service.

These guys got my car in fast, were able to diagnose the problem correctly and did not over charge, kept me in the loop of everything and were very polite. My car was also detailed inside and out on pick up which was to my very pleasant suprise! In my opinion they went above and beyond and i wouldn't take my car anywhere else

Incredibly fast. Next day appointment, the mechanic arrived exactly at the time the appointment was and I was charged exactly what they quoted. Hassle free and helpful, and for someone who knows nothing about cars like myself they weren’t condescending. Will definitely use in the future

Got a roadworthy certificate done. Darryl was an awesome guy. Came at the time he said he would be there. Great service,great price and the lady who booked it in was super helpful. Awesome people all round. Would highly recommend..5 stars.

Unprofessional service. Booked - they cancelled 30mins before. Booked again and then didnt show up. Called to see where they were and they lied and said they had came earlier, and no one was home. But we were home. They didnt comeUnreliable. Unprofessional. And didnt care. Id give0 stars if i could
