This place is my second home. I have experienced most of the doctors at this practice. Dr Songhurst helped me through injury and made the process as affordable as possible for a then-student. Dr Grant and Dr Al-Absi have both been easily accessible and very accommodating for all my in between bits and bobs, whether in person or via Telehealth.Dr McBride is literally the best doctor I have ever and will ever see. She has helped me through so many health concerns (even the gory ones) from cardiovascular problems to gastrointestinal issues, musculoskeletal to psychiatric specialists. She will never skim topics that are of concern to you and she genuinely digs deep until a resolution is found. If she isn’t satisfied with a result, she keeps paving the road rather than giving up, and evaluates all symptoms as a network rather than singular issues. I honestly cannot recommend anyone enough. I’d travel from far NOR just to see her.Reception is fabulous. They put up with my phone calls and always send through referrals via email with record speed.

I am glad to have found a practice with friendly reception staff and a GP I feel comfortable with. Highly recommend Dr Praveen, he listens and was very thorough. Thank you

Made an appointment online to the clinic. I was had never been to this clinic before. Due to Covid-19 the seemed to have a policy whereby they can deny a visit with anyone with flu-cold like symptoms.I have arrive for my appoinment on time. When greated and the front desk I was asked if I had any flu like symptoms. I told them that I had a very sore throat and did suffer from a fever 2 days earlier. I told them I did not have any congestions both nasal or chest.I was asked to wait in my car until the doctor was consulted. Supposedly in normal circumstances if I was a return customer the doctor would call before my consult time to assess my symptoms so this was not an option. I waited for about 15 minutes then recieved the call. I was informed that due to 'company policy' I would not be seen by the doctor. They told me that there are other clinics in the area that would consider taking my appointment. The person on the phone was apologetic.I have now seen another doctor and have been diagnosed with acute tonsilitis. Due to strep throat bacteria. Not the common cold.In my personal opinion for a public clinic to deny care or help based on company policy seems a little bit unprofessional. I feel being in Western Australia the risks of Covid-19 are much lower that anywhere else in Australia. You claim to be the leadin GP practice in WA. But you fail your duty of care when to deny people in need help.

Excellent staff and Drs. My usual Dr from there has been extremely helpful during a very stressful period in regards to my health issues last year, never rushed through the appts, very thorough and always giving the best care.

The receptionist at this Medical Centre are always very busy, never show stress and are lovely.Had an appointment with Dr Glen Legge, he was compassionate, kind, did not feel rushed and he asked all the right questions to uncover issues. So glad and thankful that we got to see him.

Doesn't bulk bill or inform people of costs for tests and billing before seeing a doctor. A small note amongst covid warnings is nota effective way to say to customers they no longer bulk bill.

I called up the week before and spoke to the receptionist confirming this practice does the tuberculosis needle. They said yes they do. I asked if I could make an appointment over the phone the week before and they said they do not do appointments, it’s a walk in. That was not the correct information. I arrived the next week on Monday the 26th of August and spoke to the receptionist Xena (I think that was her) and she told me that you need to make an appointment. I was quite mad of the miscommunication given to it’s patients. They sent me away because the next available appointment was in a couple of hours. I then received another phone call when I had left saying that she made a mistake of the appointments and then they can see me now. I am very busy and the miscommunication and mistakes display not a great doctor practice. I will not be returning here.

Dr Milroy is thorough, and actually listens to her patients. Do NOT see Dr Masoud, as he was misogynist and dismissive. Dr Milroy is the best GP I've seen in years - she's intelligent doesn't just rush you through the appointment. Intelligent and caring.

Waited 40 minutes over my scheduled appointment just to be told that Dr Grant couldn't see me for a skin cancer check. There is a loophole in the website so as a new patient I could not explain why I was there to see him, which is why I was booked with him despite him not offering skin cancer services. Dr Grant was also very condescending and unfriendly to me (bordering on sexist), and made me feel like it was my fault. Dr Songhurst, however, was very lovely and took time out of his schedule to see me.

Healthcare card holders cannot book online. Paying $75 for a 2min script renewal over the phone is impossible for low income earners. There has to be a better way to care for patients.
