Brenton was fantastic! My current unit failed suddenly causing it to melt and smoke through the vents. Brenton came out the same day as I called desperately needing a quote so I could get it fixed. I was fitted in the very next day for installation of my new unit with Brenton explaining all the new controls on the panel. Excellent service, excellent price and very professional. Highly recommend this business for any of your heating or cooling needs. Will definitely use again!

After losing power on Christmas Day due to a major power surge our air con died and with a lot of businesses closed we weren't having a lot of luck getting someone out. Boutique Heating & Cooling came highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Brenton quickly responded to my message and the next day came out to assess. He emailed me a quote that afternoon and very soon after our aircon was installed. Excellent job done for removal of old heating unit, ducting. New unit and ducting installed. The boys were courteous, helpful and cleaned up as they went. Fully informed us of the usage of the Thermostat. Job completed and everything working well.

Brenton offered exceptional all round customer service. Great communication prior, during and post instalation. On time, knowledgable, polite and respectful of our home and family. The ducted system was installed in good time, is easy to use and very efficient. Brenton was great with our 2 year old who wanted to watch, learn and use his own tools to help out! Brenton is a rockstar, I called him about a water leak coming from the air con in my pizza shop. Not only was he here first thing the next morning he went out of his way to search for the problem which turned out to be a simple blocked hose rather than just saying it's broken replace it. After the wonderful service Brenton provided, I got him to install a second air con unit at the rear of the shop about a week later. Again, Brenton and his staff were exceptional. Quick installation, cleaned up after themselves and even removed an old heater while they were here. Brenton is as honest as the day is long and his attention to detail is unmatched. I highly recommend Boutique Heating and cooling.
