Appalling service. Went there to pick up a pre arranged purchase. Then they made me wait 15 minutes at the counter while they tried to sort out the purchase. Then when I asked them to apply the $20 voucher I received upon signing up to their club, they said they can’t do that. Although at any time I could apply the discount online without any drama. Was very disappointing and I would never support them again. Drove to Wagga and shopped at the BCF there and the service was awesome. Shame on you Albury BCF. Your incompetence staff let you down.

Wow this one is the Bunnings of fishing and boating. Customer service is awesome, helpful and friendly. The store seems jam packed but is well organised and easy to find things. They have rods and clothes and hats and clothes and life vests and fishing reel and tinny seats and fishing tackle boxes and all else fishing. Good high energy ambience in the store. Parking easy as it is in the home maker complex. Highly recommend for the seasoned boater or fisherman or yo get a gift for someone who is.

Amazing service from store manager Shane. Very very pleased with his assistacne on a product i had previously purchased and had a concern about. Shane and his team went over and above to resolve my issue and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Great service from a great team and great products aswell.

Great store just to browse. Staff happy, friendly and and willing to help. They have a huge amount of gear in store. Huge car park, disabled parking and entrance. All in all a great place to visit. They still have one of cheapest gas refills available.

Willing to replace faulty item but stock also faulty. Had to buy different brand at additional cost. ☹ They don't think of cost and time involved to just go there from West Wodonga and local store didn't have stock either l.
