I should have check the reviews before i purchase. I wish I am impressed but I’m not. I ordered two weeks ago on a weekend and found a better deal elsewhere, so called and emailed them on Sunday and on a Monday morning I tried to contact the CS try to cancel. They replied your msg for general enquiry instantly until you ask to cancel the order and they never response. Until 11ish I finally talked to one of the sales manager (yep, sales line will answer call !) and was told they already dispatched the order, so I though okay nevermind I’ll just wait for the order. Until two weeks now it is still pending. They told you oh if you want to upgrade you can pay extra and change to a different model. If this is dispatched then how you can change the order? I know of course you want to sell a product and if you told a customer it is dispatch please at least arrange to deliver asap. Looks like they just want to take your money. You have won a transaction but you aren’t winning a customer. Maybe it’s a good product but at this stage I was informed it will be deliver next Friday. Wow so it is dispatch 2 weeks ago and if I am lucky I’ll get it in 3 weeks. Maybe it is shipping from China?? I buy stuff from ebay from China doesn't take that long to ship. I bought decking from VIC to QLD and only took 3 days to deliver. something is wrong with the logistics.

We love our 3 x 3 x 2.4 garden shed. It was simple to put together and the service from EasyShed was excellent. Many thanks to all the good folk at Easy Shed.

Don't be under any illusions. It's not a one-man or two-man job. You need at least three to be on the journey with you. I built the large 3 x 3 x 2.4.The purchasing and the weekend support was outstanding. The directions were trying to keep in line with the 'EasyShed' appeal, they tried to keep the instructions brief, as with the YouTube videos, but I often found the instructions and the videos contradict each other. On the most complex step the front of the shed, the instructions should have gone in to lots of depth, as there is so much room for error.I have addressed these concerns with EasySHed, and they have assured me that they will fix the instructions to address this.I'd be able to build another one easily, now that I know the intricacies, but for the uninitiated, it was a bigger task than suggested. As far as the shed is concerned - now that it is built, it's great. Its tall, robust and lots of light (I'm glad I ordered the skylights). I don't regret the purchase, and is the only one on the market offering the tall dimensions that I needed.

The customer service was good, very hard to install even with 4 adults. Its quite thin and the supports buckle trying to move longer lengths. As mentioned 5 easy steps took 3 Saturdays to put it together.Wouldn't buy again

It's been two weeks and still no sign of the garden shed... If I knew it would take this long I would've bought locally off the shelf. Sure, you may save $50, but if you want a product in a reasonable timeframe, go somewhere else. They said 'upto 14 days,' but that's been and gone. Their delivery tracker is not updated, so I called customer service - a useless Phillipino call centre who could only tell me it was dispatched a week ago. Nothing more annoying than calling customer service to speak to subcontractors - really lets you know they care! I need two more small sheds and 4m x 6m for the back yard, but I won't be buying from EasyShed. I'm sure their product is good, but go elsewhere if you want your shed in a reasonable timeframe. Two weeks for small garden shed - really?! I would cancel my order for a refund if I could, but they charge a 30% re-stocking fee.

While the shed itself has been a bit of a debacle to put together, I have to give easyshed praise for their excellent, responsive customer service, both via instagram and email. A piece was missing from our order which meant we couldn't put our shed together but they shipped the missing piece within a day and it was received not long after. Excellent communication and follow up

Great finish and satisfied with the customer service team. Andrea was most helpful, especially in finding a builder. I just sent messages at random times and someone would respond quickly. What an excellent experience, I love sharing my story with you all.

These guys have quality products with precisely measured components. If you need it, after sales serviced is prompt and thorough. I put together and installed my own shed from the easy to follow instruction provided.

It pains me to leave this review but I can not in good faith leave a glowing review for such a poor painful process. The 9th June I ordered the shed from easy shed with a promise on the website of 48 to 72 hours shipping time. In the end, the shed took almost a month to ship to me. In fairness to them they did take this promise off the website after I complained and I'm sure many other people complained as well. When the shed finally arrived it was missing parts and some of the parts had to be cut to size as they had sent the wrong parts. What does the average person do that doesn't have the tools that I have to cut the parts to the right size? The two beams either side of the door were way too long and had to be cut to size and re-shaped at the top with my angle grinder. Who has the tools to do this usually? There were two lots of parts in the box that were the wrong parts and had to be cut and re-shaped.The communication with the company is terrible. I had five goes at contacting them with each time being promised they would return my call and no return calls, all I wanted was an ETA after I had been waiting 2+ weeks when promised 48 to 72 hours. They take your number and promise to call you back but rarely do!The parts that were missing from my order were the endcaps at the top of the shed (photo attached) which stop the rain coming in, I contacted them straight away and asked them to send them express post as we could not use the shed until they were on as there was rain heavy forecast. They just used a normal courier and the parts are going to be here on Tuesday or Wednesday, almost a week after I asked them to send them urgently. In this time we cannot use our shed.We also ordered a ramp and the ramp was not delivered even though I asked the people there at least four or five times why it was not on our order and if it would be delivered? I was assured it would be delivered.A simple system where they weigh each shed package before it leaves the yard would stop any missing parts or wrong parts being put in the packages. The actual build quality of the shed is quite good though. This is their saving grace. I would've liked to have seen predrilled holes so you know exactly where to put the screws, that would've really finished off the build process. The assembly process is quite simple and once I got the right instructions it was really easy. (as in the box they sent me the wrong instructions and I had to call them and get them emailed to me and print them out myself). The instructions themselves are okay but not great. They could be done much better and much clearer. Little things like the Dynabolt instructions show you a Dynabolt with a smooth flat head which you could easily put a rubber mat over and then a storage rack, But the Dynabolt they send you has a big head on it and has to be screwed in which pushes the screw up which has to be cut off, none of this is mentioned in the instructions. They would've been much better to send concrete anchors, so much easier to use and so much better than Dynabolts. That's good I ended up using.I also ordered the skylight which comes in one long piece that has to be measured and cut in half, how hard would it be to send this in the right size to start with, have you ever tried cutting that stuff in half? It's really hard to do properly and straight and very easy to cut yourself.I totally understand that this virus has caused them to be overworked and things fall through the cracks, but to me this is a deeper problem, the most important thing with any business is to communicate with your customers. I feel that Easyshed needs great improvement here. There were times when they did call me back, but they were few and far between compared to the times where I had to keep calling to try and get an answer from somebody. The only way to really get an answer is to insist on talking to somebody and not just leave him your name and phone number and wait for a call back. It's just not good enough. Very disappointed in this whole process.
